Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of such party.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any individual service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and valdrentix.top B.V. regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between the parties.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on valdrentix.top. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
